Please advise as to where the Moon Valley Easement for access to the project will be located.

Question:
It has been clarified that for bidding purposes, site access through Moon Valley Aggregate property is allowed. Will additional access be allowed through the Beatrice I. Zwierson Irrev. Trust property as well? Or will access through Moon Valley Aggregate then transition onto City of Chanhassen Property? Please advise as to where the Moon Valley Easement for access to the project will be located.
How will work outside of the construction limits be paid for? Will measurement of quantities be adjusted based on the contractors preferred access route?
Is the owner aware of any permits the contractor may be required to obtain as part of construction, dewatering, or otherwise?

Answer:
A right of entry agreement will be secured across the parcels located at 100 and 220 Flying Cloud Drive to access the project site, and easement areas, from Flying Cloud Drive. No access onto the City of Chanhassen’s property will be secured.
The right of entry will allow the contractor access across the Moon Valley and Beatrice I. Zwierson Irrev. Trust. The contractor will work with the owners and operators of said property during construction to locate the best route across the property.
Compensation for the right of entry and easement agreements will be provided by HCRRA outside of the construction contract.
Payment of work outside of the construction limits is addressed on Sheet G-04, Note 6, Section 6.9 of the construction plans. “Moon Valley Aggregate” property is defined as the parcels located at 100 and 220 Flying Cloud Drive.
All necessary permits will be secured by HCRRA prior to construction.
