Minimum wage rates to be paid by the Contractors have been predetermined and are subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962, P.L. 87-581 and implementing regulations.

The Minnesota Department of Transportation hereby notifies all bidders:

A minimum goal of 9.4% Good Faith Effort to be subcontracted to Disadvantaged Business Enterprises.
A pre-letting conference will be held to describe the work included in this project and to answer questions regarding this contract. The location and time for the conference will be specified in the proposal for the project.
